The successful candidate will be required to act as first point of contact for ATM troubleshooting including, undertaking fault resolution as appropriate and progressing fault reports in order to ensure service is restored as speedily as possible. Liaising with ATM sites, engineers, service providers and selected customers. Ensuring levels of service availability and integrity are achieved at all times. Upgrading ATM communication and system types and helping to diagnose and restore communication errors.

Key accountabilities:

Proactively monitoring and diagnosing errors with ATMs and their communication lines.    

Ensure all faults are recorded in accordance with the Centre&amp;#39;s defined procedures.    

End to End support to Customers and their engineers; addition of ATM to the organisations systems, Installation of ATM, Updates &amp; support for Live ATMs as required, and removal of ATMs from systems when ATM is no longer required.    

The End 2 End support includes diagnosing faults, and resolving Problems &amp; Incidents quickly and effectively.    

Supporting the Comms Solution the organisation provides to it&amp;#39;s customers; Provision, fault investigation, and suspension / cease of service where no longer required.    

To provide training and support for new members of staff.    

Escalate fault reports to Line Manager and / or departments within the organisation as appropriate.    

Regularly produce and maintain reports, procedures and escalation documents.    

Regularly check progress of fault resolution in order to ensure SLA&amp;#39;s are met.    

Work closely with colleagues and line managers in order to help meet   

Essentially you will have the following experience:

Experience of working within a customer service, helpdesk or call centre role, involving extensive telephone liaison    

IT competency, including Word, Excel and Outlook (or similar), with the ability to learn the organisation&amp;#39;s application and system software.    

Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
